GET CUSTOMERS DETAILS [ NAME, CONTACT #, ADDRESS ]
CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASKED IF SHE/HE WANTS A REPLACEMENT
CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEM IF THEY AGREE, THE PACKER MUST SHOULDER THE DELIVERY FEE SO WE CAN SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ITEM
IF BOTH PARTIES AGREE, SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER FOR FREE AND ASK FOR HELP TO THE LOGISTICS [VANESSA/ANNA]
AFTER LOGISTIC PROCESS IT, GET THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND SEND IT TO THE CUSTOMER
INFORMWAREOUSE TO PACK THE PRODUCT AND SHIP IT.
NOTE:
MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL SENT BACK THE WRONG ITEM THAT THEY RECEIVED SO THE PARCEL
IF CUSTOMER DONT SENT THE ITEM THE PACKER SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE
DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON DELIVERY
