WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

  • GET CUSTOMERS DETAILS [ NAME, CONTACT #, ADDRESS ]

  • CALL THE CUSTOMER AND ASKED IF SHE/HE WANTS A REPLACEMENT

  • CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEM IF THEY AGREE, THE PACKER MUST SHOULDER THE DELIVERY FEE SO WE CAN SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ITEM

  • IF BOTH PARTIES AGREE, SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER FOR FREE AND ASK FOR HELP TO THE LOGISTICS [VANESSA/ANNA]

  • AFTER LOGISTIC PROCESS IT, GET THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND SEND IT TO THE CUSTOMER

  • INFORMWAREOUSE TO PACK THE PRODUCT AND SHIP IT.

NOTE:

  • MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER WILL SENT BACK THE WRONG ITEM THAT THEY RECEIVED SO THE PARCEL

  • IF CUSTOMER DONT SENT THE ITEM THE PACKER SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE
