DAY 5 HALO Strategy Watch Recorded Mock calls Mock call with your Team Leader via zoom (It must be recorded) DAY 6 Mock call with the agents (It must be recorded) Getting feedbacks from the Team Leader and Agents after the mock call. Once done, the following day the trainee will start to take calls.
