DAILY TASK:

For Social Media Postings

  • Check other Competitor on FB pages, check and get ideas on their Daily posts

  • Check and Edit images according to their posts (For reference)

  • Edit the Social Media Calendar (Paste or upload the newly edited images for the scheduled postings)

  • If the Content Calendar is not ready, tell the FB ads manager/Content manager to prepare the Content Calendar for the Upcoming week (should be 4 or 3 days before Monday)

  • EDIT (Editing timeframe - 4 to 3 days)

  • When done editing, Tell the FB ads specialist/ FB pages manager that the images are ready for posting/schedule posting

For Requested images by every Department

  • Note on Trello (list and check the MOST Priority to LESS Priority) - this is a MUST

  • Schedule a Due date (by the Requestor), then Edit

  • Upload on Gdrive and let them check for Approval

For Lazada Decoration / Images

For Monthly PROMO Sales

  • Edit Images 1 week before the PROMO starts

  • Edit Cover photos of Every FB pages 1 week before, for the Customers to be aware of the Upcoming PROMO (1.1, 2.2, 3.3)

  • Once finished, upload on GDrive and note everyone on Trello (Monthly PROMO Sale Project)

  • Check if Approved or for Revision

For requested images by the Video Editor

  • See the Editor's checklist of images (or watch the Video for ideas)

  • Search on Google, Freepik, or Vecteezy then download

  • Edit images for Video mats (Pop-up images on videos - check reference style on Real Talk Darbs)

  • Upload on Gdrive provided by the Video Editor
