Add New Facebook Page

This tutorial is on how to add new page from scratch up to running ads

• Request SALES Supervisor to create brand new page to MARKETING Department

Marketing Deparment

1. Create page and Setup - Profile, Cover and Pinned Post.

2. Gain page likes

3. Add Supervisor to Page as full control

4. Inform the Sales supervisor when done

Sales Department

• Add Agents to page as admin but not full control

• Connect to pancake and copy the settings, Reply helper and Tags from other page

• Copy Botcake > everything specially the settings, tags, Synchronize tags, sequence, rules etc.

• Connect page to POS or check if its connected already.

• ADDING TAGS AUTOMATICALLY - POS > Settings > Facebook Notification > SHIPPING NOTICE > Add page in Order delivered & Out for delivery and input tags requirements (Delivered & Confirmed)

• Inform The marketing when done!

Marketing Department

• Create ads to warm up the page

• Start creating ads on new page.
